Website chat and calls still need logging manually here. Once Cloud Backend is connected (Settings tab), visitors who submit the "Request a Service" form on the public site are added here automatically — everything else, log as soon as someone reaches out, then convert to a client once onboarded.

There's no backend, so nothing sends itself while the panel is closed. What this does: it auto-detects who's due today/soon from your client list, pre-fills the message, and gets a WhatsApp or email ready in one tap — so sending 20 wishes takes a minute instead of twenty.

One-tap bulk sending via your own WhatsApp Broadcast List (safe — no spam, since every contact must already have your 98221‑76676 number saved):

One-time setup in WhatsApp on your phone: Chats → ⋮ menu → New broadcast → add contacts (up to 256 per list — everyone in it must already have your number saved). Make one list per audience, e.g. "BF – SIP Clients", "BF – All Clients".
Here, pick your template and audience above, then tap Open in WhatsApp below — it opens a chat with your own number (+91 99822 17676) with the message already typed in.
Tap send, then long-press that message → Forward → select your broadcast list → send. Every contact gets it as a normal 1‑to‑1 message, so it reaches everyone in one tap without being flagged as spam.

Prefer sending one by one instead? Each contact below still gets its own ready-made WhatsApp link, addressed directly to them.

This panel is for viewing and drafting your tracking IDs. Because the main website is static (hosted on Netlify with no shared server), saving here updates this browser only — it does not change what visitors on the live site see. To actually apply a change, copy the generated code below and either paste it into index.html yourself, or send the new ID to your developer to redeploy.

Cloud Backend (Google Sheet)

Connects Clients & Leads to a Google Sheet (via a small Google Apps Script) so they're no longer stuck in just this browser — the same list becomes visible from any device you log in from, and visitors who submit the "Request a Service" form on the public site can be added to it automatically. See the setup guide for the one-time Google Sheet setup. This is optional — everything keeps working with local-only storage if you skip it.

This admin panel and the public site (index.html) are separate files with no shared server, so the public site needs these same two values pasted into it directly. Copy the lines below into index.html where the comment BACKEND CONFIG says, so visitor form submissions land in your Leads sheet automatically:
